Phoenix Sales Office Flooded

The water supply line to the adjacent restroom sprung a leak, of course in the middle of the night. Our SERVPRO of Central Phoenix was called in very early in the morning to resolve the problem. We immediately used portable water extractors with wands to remove the visible surface standing water. Of course, we removed all the furnishings from the affected offices to prevent secondary water damage. The After Photo shows this office back in full operation after a day of hard work. The green "Rover" is a water extractor that, with the weight of a tech standing on it roves about and suctions out the small amounts of residual moisture from the fibers.
