Phoenix Water and Fire Damage Cleanup and Restoration

The family fire pit area in this Phoenix home got out of control requiring a strong dousing with water to extinguish the flare-up. The smoke damage was minor, but the water soaked into the upholstery of the custom-build seating and also the carpet. Our SERVPRO technician is shown vacuuming out the moisture and then removing the flooring material. We explained to our customer that to dry the wood structure and the concrete pad properly the removal of these materials was necessary. The After Photo shows the affected areas exposed to our air movers and dehumidifiers to draw the moisture from the components and also airborne water vapor. We measured and documented the moisture content levels upon the conclusion to help our customer with his insurance claim. Upon completion of the service, it was "Like it never even happened."
